Moulez dans le pot pacojet ajoutez le sirop de sucre. Mettre au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 24h.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez le cerf de Nouvelle-Z\u00e9lande, m\u00e9langez avec l&rsquo;huile de romarin, les copeaux de parmesan, le persil hach\u00e9, les pistaches broy\u00e9es, sel et poivre.
