Si vous utilisez une cocotte, r\u00e9gler sur \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lev\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Si vous utilisez un r\u00e9cipient ordinaire, le mettre dans le four r\u00e9gl\u00e9 \u00e0 140 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9tachez toute la viande des os et d\u00e9chiquetez-la \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de vos doigts ou d&rsquo;une fourchette. Incorporer le saindoux et autant sel fum\u00e9 que vous le souhaitez. Les lambeaux de viande doivent \u00eatre enrob\u00e9s d&rsquo;huile ou de saindoux.
